DAVID S. GLADISH

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Attorney Gladish attended Calumet College of St. Joseph where he graduated Cum Laude in 1991, and was selected as a 1991 member of “Who’s Who in American Universities and Colleges”. Attorney Gladish earned his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1995. Attorney Gladish is licensed to practice law in the states of Indiana and Illinois, and is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Lake County Bar Association, East Chicago Bar Association and the Delta Theta Phil Law Fraternity.

Attorney Gladish is entitled to practice before all courts of Indiana and Illinois, as well as the United States District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Attorney Gladish is 1 of 2 attorneys in Lake County, Indiana that are Board Certified Civil Trial Specialists as certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and Life Members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Attorney Gladish has also been selected numerous times as a member of “Who’s Who in American Law” and “Who’s Who in America”. Attorney Gladish is currently teaching Legal Writing and Research I & II at Calumet College of St. Joseph in Hammond Indiana. Finally, Attorney Gladish has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors and/or Advisory Boards for the following: Towle Community Theater, South Shore Arts Foundation and the Calumet College Paralegal Program Advisory Board.

MICHAEL W. BOSCH Of Counsel

Michael W. Bosch has been practicing law since 1979. He began his legal career as a Lake County (IN) Deputy Prosecutor and later moved into the private practice of law. While practicing in a number of different areas of the law, he spent most of two decades concentrating on defending police officers accused of using excessive force in arrest as well illegal discharge cases. He now uses the expertise he gained in those matters while serving as a plaintiff’s attorney in those areas. Mr. Bosch also has an extensive criminal defense practice which ranges from misdemeanors in State courts to complex conspiracy cases in the Federal system.

Mr. Bosch has practiced in the State trial courts of many counties in both Illinois and Indiana and has argued appeals in the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and Illinois as well as United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the Northern and Middle Districts of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

A graduate of the IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law and Calumet College of St. Joseph, Attorney Bosch is an adjunct professor at Calumet College of St. Joseph’s Law Enforcement program, lecturing in Ethics.

He is a member of the Indiana and Illinois Bar Associations, the Seventh Circuit Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the East Chicago Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association.

ALEXIS V. DEDELOW Of Counsel

Born in East Chicago, Indiana, Attorney Alexis Vazquez Dedelow attended Purdue University Calumet where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994. Attorney Vazquez Dedelow earned her Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School in 2002, having received academic scholarships. Attorney Dedelow is licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana and is entitled to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.

Attorney Vazquez Dedelow serves as Mediator for the Lake Superior Court, Domestic Relations Division, and as Guardian Ad Litem for the Lake Circuit Court, Family Division. Attorney Vazquez Dedelow also assists individuals with adoptions and guardianships through the Indiana Department of Child Services.

Attorney Vazquez Dedelow has served as a Board Member for the Lake County Drug Free Alliance, Parents as Teachers, Bishop Noll Institute, and Trade Winds. Currently, Attorney Vazquez Dedelow is a Board Member for Haven House (a shelter for victims of domestic abuse) and the Hispanic Organization Promoting Excellence. Attorney Vazquez Dedelow is a member of the Lake County Bar Association, the Media Bench & Bar, and the Calumet American Inns of Court.

Attorney Vazquez Dedelow is majority owner/CEO of radio station, WJOB AM 1230, located in Hammond, Indiana. She is married to James Dedelow and they have three children. Attorney Vazquez Dedelow is fluent in Spanish.

KIMBERLY HURLEY

Ms. Hurley has worked in the legal profession for over eighteen (18) years working her way from a legal secretary to the position of paralegal/office manager. Over the years, Ms. Hurley has constantly continued to develop her knowledge of the legal field by taking numerous Continuing Legal Education Classes as well as furthering her education at Calumet College of St. Joseph’s. Ms. Hurley currently assists Attorney Gladish with client relations, managing of office matters, assisting in all areas of discovery and court filings.

JANET HARRISON

Ms. Harrison obtained certification as a State Registered Nurse from Bolton Hospital Group that is located in Lancashire, England in 1974. Later, Ms. Harrison went on to obtain further certification at the Walton Hospital located in Merseyside, England in 1987 allowing her to perform in the operating room. Thereafter, Ms. Harrison worked in the Neurosurgery Operating Room at Atkinson Morley’s Hospital in Wimbledon, England as a Staff Nurse. Since returning to the United States, Ms. Harrison has continued her education in Office Administration. Ms. Harrison currently assists Attorney Gladish with gathering, reviewing and summarizing medical records and billings.

ARNETTE BOSCH

An alumna of University of Nebraska, Ms. Bosch is worked in the legal profession for over twenty years. In addition to her experience as a paralegal in many different areas of the law, she concentrates in landlord rights and has her own successful collection agency, licensed and bonded by the State of Indiana. She is past Treasurer of the Lake County Legal Secretaries.
